They’re $2.99 each as well as new additions to the Essence line. They’re on the creamy side, too, since they have a gel base, so they’re a bit much easier to work with than your run-of-the-mill liquid shine liner.
Because the flecks of shine are different shapes as well as sizes, the formula looks bumpier as well as a lot more textured on lids than, say, something like the heavy metal shine Liners by metropolitan Decay, which have small flecks of uniformly shaped glitter.
